From Boondock's Riley Freeman to Black Dyanamite, we countdown the most hood cartoon characters ever made. Point blank, these characters are hustlers, infamous criminals or straight up gangsters.
10. The Simpsons - Alcatraaaz
The Simpsons homage to hip-hop is Alcatraaz, a famous gangster rapper whose name is a reference to the maximum security federal prison, Alcatraz.
In prankster prince, Bart Simpson loved this dude so much that he snuck out to see one of his concerts. Alcatraaaz is also homies with 50 Cent.
9. South Park - Lil Sheep
In South Park the coolest kid on the block was Lil Sheep, leader of the Orange County Crew, a dancing crew who appeared in the Season Eight episode, "You Got F'd in the A".
Through the episode Lil Sheep and his crew challenged the boys to dance, serving them with cold hip hop moves. Confused by the entire situation, the boys were served by OC Crew.
8. The Cleveland Show - Robert Jones
In the Cleveland Show, Robert is the thuggish ex-husband to Donna and the deadbeat dad of Roberta and Rallo Tubbs. The thing about Robert is that he only seems to take himself seriously.
7. Netflix Good Times - Dalvin
The most gangster baby you'll ever see appears in the Netflix animated reboot Good Times. The reimagined Evans Family includes Dalvin, a drug dealing baby who is about that life.
6. The Cleveland Show - Rallo Tubbs
Although raised in a suburban neighborhood, like father like son, Rallo acts very much like his biological father, behaving at times like an articulate gangster with hormonal tendencies.
Apparently some people feel like feel like Rallo is a hybrid of Riley and Huey Freeman from the Boondocks. He was even called a Boondocks rip-off by Stewie in a Family Guy episode.
5. Static Shock - Ebon
Ivan Evans better known as Ebon, was a delinquent and gang banger who went on to become the leader of the Meta Breed and Static's arch nemsis in Static Shock.
4. The Proud Family - The Gross Sisters
In The Proud Family The Gross Sisters are a trio of bullies who constantly mug people for money and show violent bully tendencies.
Apparently they have blue skin because they are ashy. Which is ironic because their names Nubia, Olei and Gina are references to skincare products.
3. Black Dynamite
The titular protagonist Black Dynamite is a former CIA agent turned anti-hero vigilante is fluent in kick ass. His daily activities include being a part time pimp, alongside running an whorephange, which is a combination of a brothel and orphanage.
But don'tr get it twisted because Black Dynamite is also a Black revolutionary who loves dishing out pain and taking on missions to ensure justice or sticking to The Man.
2. The Boondocks - Thugnificent
Thugnificent is a once famous rapper and obvious parody of Ludacris who fell off. Raised in one of the poorest and most dangerous towns in America, Thugnificent rose to fame by being an ill rapper and professional buffoon.
He eventually moves into Woodcrest along with his Lethal Interjection Crew, but is forced to leave the area and take a delivery job as his popularity dwindles and his crew ditches him.

The most hood cartoon character of all time is Riley Freeman from one of the most hood cartoons ever made, an eight year old boy who emulates the gangster lifestyle to the fullest extent.
Commonly referred to as "Riley Escobar" or "Young Reezy" by his peers, Riley is heavily influenced by mass media via rap music and TV.
